Frequently Asked Questions

Is IQOS the same as vaping?

No. IQOS is a heat-not-burn device — it heats a real tobacco stick (HEETS or TEREA) to produce a tobacco vapor, with no e-liquid and no combustion. Vaping (Myle, JUUL, Elf Bar, Fummo, HQD, Al Fakher and similar disposable or pod devices) heats a flavored e-liquid instead, and contains no tobacco leaf at all. They’re different product categories that happen to be sold by the same shop — if you’re not sure which is right for you, IQOS is the closer experience to smoking tobacco, while vapes are the closer experience to flavored e-liquid vaping.

What’s the difference between HEETS and TEREA?

Both are tobacco sticks made for IQOS, but for different devices. HEETS are made for the IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3 MULTI and LIL SOLID range. TEREA is made specifically for the newer IQOS ILUMA range, which uses a different (blade-free) heating system — HEETS and TEREA are not interchangeable between devices. Always check which IQOS device you have before ordering.

Why do you sell HEETS/TEREA from Kazakhstan, Indonesia and Japan?

These are genuine, factory-sealed sticks brought in through parallel-import channels rather than the local Dubai Duty Free line. The format is identical, but the tobacco blend and flavor lineup can differ slightly by market — some customers prefer a specific origin’s flavor range, which is why we carry more than one.

What’s the difference between a disposable vape and a pod system?

A disposable vape (like most Elf Bar, Fummo or HQD devices) is fully sealed and thrown away once the e-liquid or battery runs out — no refilling, no charging in most cases. A pod system (like Myle) uses a reusable device with separate, replaceable pods or cartridges, so you keep the device and only replace the pod when it’s empty.
